com Job Summary Responsible for assigned SAP QM data objects to generate specifications and coordinate audit and specification services.
The role also involves dealing directly with internal and or external stakeholders to negotiate and develop specifications.
How You Can Be the Impact Primary contact to ensure product meets customer and agency requirements.
Primary contact to negotiate specifications, supply information and communicate to appropriate department(s).
Responsible for compiling and analyzing statistical data to ensure product meets current customer/product specifications (monitor product capability).
Coordinate New Site and Product Approvals for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers, includes creating specification packages, statistics broke down by sites and compare to existing sites.
Field questions/issues/requests (internal and external to SABIC) related to product controls and specifications.
Prepare Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documents when required by customer.
Ensure customer specifications are similar to product specifications, make suggestions for product specification changes.
Recommend/contact customers when applicable.
Verify testing methods are performed correctly in site labs to ensure tests are performed correctly per customer requirements and communicate changes, when required.
Investigate and resolve system problems in SAP.
What Matters to SABIC Proficient in applications such as:
SAP, CEOPS (Qualtrax), Gensuite, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Excellent organizational skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Ability to work with cross functional teams.
Lab or compounding experience preferred.
