For Sale: 2001 Ford Excursion in MT. Vernon, Indiana for sale in Mount Vernon, IN

1 of 50
Vehicle Description We purchased this 2001 Excursion Limited 4x4 7.
3L Powerstroke for use in our dealership, but our plans have changed.
We purchased this unit from a dealer friend who used it privately.
Other than a mild lift and custom wheels, the rest of this highly desirable 7.
3 Powerstroke was left stock by the prior owner including the powertrain.
We installed LT265/60R20 Goodyear Wrangler Workhorse tire on 20-inch wheels from a 2016 Lariat along with the proper spacers for a more modern look.
We then proceeded to have the full Banks Stinger Kit installed along with an upgraded turbo wheel, Edge CTS monitor, and Hydra tuner with files from Power Hungry Performance and 1023 Diesel.
All work was performed by a Ford factory-certified technician.
Mr.
Gerton has been the only driver of this unit, so we can assure you it has not been abused since the modifications.
We have serviced this Excursion on 5000 mile intervals with no expense spared on maintenance.
Service work includes a Red Head steering gear, Rancho adjustable shocks, Bilstein steering stabilizer, Upgraded front sway bar with Hellwig, added rear Hellwig anti sway bar, reman alternator, Transmission/T-case/axle lubricants (replaced at 148.
830 miles), and Interstate batteries.
The unit still presents very well and still wears its original factory painted pinstriping.
The interior also presents well with only minor wear to the driver's seat.
The sound system has been upgraded to a Pioneer head unit with Navigation and reversing camera.
Current odometer reading is 162,320 and is subject to change.
This is one of the cleanest Excursions we have seen in quite a long time and it shows no signs of being abused or off-roaded.
Please view all of the photos and feel free to contact John Gerton with any questions.
Tax, title, and $225.
00 documentation are extra.
